My Background:
I began my career as a toolmaker before going on to establish my own toolmaking business. Within just two years, the company grew rapidly, achieving an annual turnover of over £1 million. Over the following decade, this success expanded into a group of businesses specialising in product design and UK-based manufacturing, with combined annual revenues reaching £12 million. Alongside our UK operations, we also established a manufacturing subsidiary in Slovakia, which grew to an annual turnover of £3 million. This hands-on experience across multiple stages of business growth has shaped my practical, results-driven approach to supporting other business owners.
